A. If I can receive the material like photos, copywriting, and branding details from you, then I plan on a 3-week window to complete your website. E-commerce websites have a different completion window due to the complexity of the project.
Q. What if I don’t have any photos?
A. Photos are really important for a website to look amazing. I would highly recommend getting professional photos for your website. Photos will make or break a website. If you don’t have any photos I will use free stock photos for a placeholder.
Q. What platform should I use?
A. There are so many to choose from. After our call, I will guide you on what platform I think would work best for your business.
Q. What if I don’t like the design that you put together?
A. Website design is like art. Some will like what I do and some will not like it. That’s okay because if everyone created websites the same, then they would all look the same and they wouldn’t be custom. However, it is really important that you like your website, and if you don’t, I will try my hardest to do my best job possible! I encourage close communication and Zoom calls so I can share the website with you along the way. I would hate for you to have a website that you are not 100% happy with.
Q. Can I change the website later on?
A., Of course, you can it’s yours. While I’m under contract creating your website you will not be able to make changes to my design. Once payment has been paid in full and I turn everything over to you…you can do what you want. If my name is in the footer section and you change it, you will need to remove my name.
Q. What if I need help later on with my website?
A. You are always welcome to contact me at heidi@caliberdesignco.com After the project is complete, you have a 2-month window to communicate with me for any “hiccups” that you may find.
